MAY PROCESSION 2008

MAY PROCESSION PREPARATIONS:
Our traditional May Procession is scheduled for Friday, May 2nd
at 11:00 a.m.
Friends and family are invited to join us for this lovely occasion.
Students should arrive at the Academy that morning between 10:30 and
10:45 a.m. and go directly to the auditorium, while their guests
assemble in the courtyard. Parents and guests are asked to gather
along the sidewalks of the inner courtyard to observe the
procession.
The procession begins promptly at 11 a.m.
Please remember that every student will wear a white dress for this
event. White shoes and white socks or hose are also recommended.
Students leave with their families immediately following the
Procession; there are no classes on this day.

We can help with that!
The YARD SALE for the Christmas Bazaar is expanding for 2008! Each
month, we will designate one or two grades to bring in their YARD
SALE goodies for donation. One man’s junk is another man’s treasure,
and we want your gently used treasures!
Miss Joyce and Karen Ferdock will be coordinating the donations. If
you have some “treasures” to donate, please coordinate your
donations with either Miss Joyce or Mrs. Ferdock so that someone is
here to receive your items when you drop them off.
No donations will be accepted without prior arrangements made.
We need to make sure we have room to store your beautiful items and
cannot have them dropped off without time to prepare!
Please make sure your treasures are in good condition and
gently used!
We will begin accepting donations in April from the designated
grades for each month.
