Payments
Tuition payments are made through the FACTS
Tuition Management Program.
This is a direct debit system which provides a variety of ways to
schedule your tuition payments.

Tuition Assistance
Completion of a TADS form is required for consideration of tuition
assistance.
Please request the TADS form through the school office, or apply
online at
www.tuitionaid.com.
School families can enroll in two programs that provide discounted
grocery & retail cards.
A percentage of the savings is automatically deducted from the
family's tuition.

Registration
A parent-administration conference must be scheduled prior to
admissions. Please call the school office to schedule the
conference.
Once the admission to the Visitation Academy has been approved,
please submit the following to the school:
- Completed Application Form
- Enrollment Contract
- Registration & Book Fee
- FACTS Tuition Enrollment Form

Admissions
The admissions process for grades Kindergarten to Eighth Grade includes:
- A standardized test administered at the Academy
- A thorough evaluation of student records and testing
information from a previous school
- A parent-administrator conference prior to admission
- A recommendation from a former principal, teacher, or
guidance counselor if a student is entering grades 6, 7, or 8.
