All parent volunteers must be STAND trained through the Archdiocese of Baltimore. The STAND training can be conducted at your local parish church, or online at STAND. Click "Username and Password" and select Non-Archdicesan (scroll to the bottom). Click "STAND Training Online." Click "Password Protected Training Site." Please read all instructions, then enter your username and password. Click "Begin Training" to start the online process.
Friends of Catholic Education (FOCE) sponsors a Food Gift Card Program to assist parents in reducing the cost of tuition at the Catholic schools in Frederick County. Gift cards ordered from the grocery stores below earn tuition credit rebates:
For example, if you purchase $100 of Giant gift cards every week for a full year; you will earn $4.00/week or $208/year in tuition credits that are directly applied to your tuition bill. Family members and friends can purchase cards through you and have those credits applied to your tuition account. Frederick County Catholic school families have saved more than $1.5 million in tuition since the program began. Save on your tuition through the SCRIP program! To join, click on "enroll now" -- Visitation Academy's enrollment code is 74LDD38C16187 and must be entered to link your account to the school. All SCRIP orders must be paid through PrestoPay. You can no longer order cards directly through the Visitation Academy -- now all your SCRIPS savings can go directly to you! All Visitation Academy families are required to participate in school activities for a total of 25 hours annually, per family. Our Volunteer Coordinator is Linda LaRoche, contact her @ (301) 378-2262 or lilaroche@earthlink.net
